Focusing on local produce, Quai No. 4 presents an out-of-the-ordinary wine list. The service allows you to refine and shape your knowledge in order to tame organic and natural wines from neighbouring regions. The same goes for spirits, which are carefully chosen according to their provenance. There is a large selection of Quebec alcohols from local producers. For example, we use Ungava gin in the Ungava Ginger, or White Keys vodka in the Rosemont Martini, Amermelade in the Forest Negroni and Spritz du Quai, and cider from the Cidrerie Michel Jodoin in order to add bubbles to cocktails such as Masson’s Kir or Mojito Québécois.
Enjoy the terrace open during summer to enjoy a pitcher of our famous Ginger Sangria, Limonata Rossa, Margarita Émile or Bourbon Lemonade, all of which incorporate local ingredients.
